For the wedges just cut the sweet potato and throw on some spices (cayenne pepper, etc.) and pop into the oven for 15-20 minutes. Also, a bag of sweet potatoes is approximately \u20ac1 in Aldi.<\/p>\n<p><center><iframe src=\"\/\/giphy.com\/embed\/JmPqvk8zTF00U\" width=\"400\" height=\"250\" frameBorder=\"0\" class=\"giphy-embed\" allowFullScreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/giphy.com\/gifs\/tina-fey-baby-mama-JmPqvk8zTF00U\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/center><\/p>\n<h4>Wholegrains<\/h4>\n<p>Wholegrain pasta, rice, and bread products are much more nutritious than white pasta, rice, and bread products. They contain more nutrients and are better for digestion.<\/p>\n<p><center><iframe src=\"\/\/giphy.com\/embed\/yW0PaUqJszRUk\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" frameBorder=\"0\" class=\"giphy-embed\" allowFullScreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/giphy.com\/gifs\/oprah-yW0PaUqJszRUk\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/center><\/p>\n<h4>Special offers<\/h4>\n<p>Offers such as the Aldi super 6 are perfect when it comes to buying fruit and veg, as are Lidl\u2019s super savings. Dunnes also has a 2 for \u20ac3 deal on fruit. When it comes to buying meat and fish, keep an eye out in the special offers section of the fridge\/freezer, there are some great offers. They\u2019re cheap, tasty, filling and versatile. You can make an omelette, scramble them, boil them, poach them, fry them or use them in other recipes.<\/p>\n<p><center><iframe src=\"\/\/giphy.com\/embed\/qJkRbWM1MfVjq\" width=\"400\" height=\"250\" frameBorder=\"0\" class=\"giphy-embed\" allowFullScreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/giphy.com\/gifs\/eggs-qJkRbWM1MfVjq\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/center><\/p>\n<h4>Snacks<\/h4>\n<p>When it comes to eating healthily, snacking is often the most challenging part. It\u2019s easy to grab a bar of chocolate or bag of Taytos but better options include rice cakes, fruit, crackers, yoghurt and nuts.<\/p>\n<p><center><iframe
