Teams Test Their Knowledge In Disney Quiz

Societies come together in fundraising venture

Wishes were made upon a star last night as Scholars played host to a Disney Quiz.

The event, a collaboration between Out in UL and UL Drama Society, began at 7:30 and featured rounds on Marvel, Star Wars, Disney Princesses and more.

Speaking to Out in UL’s Treasurer, Catherine Mann, over €300 was made on the night, to be split between the two societies.

After eight rounds of questions, team Bippity Boppity Bitches came out on top with 56/80.

Gag prizes were also given to the best named team, given to team Experiment 626, and the worst team, team Ben on 22/80.

UL Drama Society PR Officer, Kate Devaney, have said that they were extremely happy with the night.

“All in all, it was a great night, filled with a pinch of difficult questions, a sprinkle of laughter and a spoon full of sugar,” Ms. Devaney added.

Out in UL PR Assistant, Jack Butler, said that Out in UL were “equally happy with the night.”
